Description: The dental value of clove is well known. Clove Oil has long been used for the relief of toothache, equally useful for digestive problems. It has excellent antiseptic and antibacterial properties. Clove has a strong, spicy aroma although the odor of the bud oil is considered to be softer and more floral.
Precautions: May cause skin irritation and sensitivity in some individuals.
Ideal uses: Recommended for inhalation, massage and in a steamer.
Co-blenders: Basil, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Orange, Peppermint, Rosemary and Thyme.

Matt is a 2nd time founder (Generation Conscious: a sustainable detergent sheet co.) and climate journalist (ABC News/Years of Living Dangerously/The Years Project). He recently got his MBA from Columbia Business School.
