Atina Foods' Garlic Scape Pickles are a deliciously fun and crunchy scape pickle, created with all local scapes and Atina Foods' Garlic Scape Pickles own combinations of immune boosting flavorful spices. Akin to a caper, Atina Foods' Garlic Scape Pickles scape pickle is a crowd favorite, great on mashed potatoes, in a potato and tuna salad, with dumplings, on tacos, bagels with cream cheese, and the list goes on!Ingredients:New York grown garlic scapes (uncertified Organic), salt, fenugreek, mustard seed, *asafoetida, red pepper.
Shelf life is 2 years. After opening please refrigerate, it should last up to or past a year or more if you take care of and use that dry clean spoon!
Upstate New York is a perfect garlic growing region, only the flowering scape has little to do after being cut off to let the bulb advance size. From Atina Foods Seasonal Ferments selection, Atina Foods salt ferments have no vinegar and no added water, they are lacto fermented with a quick hot water bath for shelf stability.
