Our cold-pressed 300 Polyphenol Organic Olive Oil from Greece exceeds standards for high polyphenolic content* and is suitable as an all-purpose EVOO for cooking. Perfect for dressings and salads, cooking eggs, poultry meats, or seafood, or simply enjoyed with freshly baked crusty bread.

The olives are harvested and washed with cold water, ground into a paste, and spun in a centrifuge which extracts the oil from the olive mixture. It is known as the “first cold press”. This process usually occurs within 90 minutes from the time the olives are harvested. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is also high polyphenolic, characterized as “research-grade” olive oil, which starts at 250mg polyphenols/Kg.

The perfect pair. Both the olive oil and balsamic vinegar are made in Italy using organic and local ingredients. The olive oil is made in Puglia and the balsamic vinegar is made in Modena.

This cold-pressed regenerative organic olive oil is annually certified as extra-virgin by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC). A blend of oils from the Arbequina, Arbosana and Gretchenina varieties of olives, it’s 100% traceable to a family-owned and operated farm in California’s San Joaquin Valley.
