Description: SOiL’s Frankincense forms part of our premium oil range. These essential oils are rare and highly prized.
Frankincense, also known as olibanum, is obtained from steam distillation of the gum resin. It has been used for 1000’s of years as incense in religious ceremonies. Its aroma promotes a feeling of calm and introspection and a few drops in an essential oil burner can aid concentration and meditation. Frankincense has a warm, woody and sweet-spicy fragrance with a hint of lemon.
Precautions: Do not use during pregnancy.
Ideal uses: Ideal for use in oil burner, bath or massage.
Co-blenders: Basil, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Lavender, Lemon, Myrrh, Sweet Orange, Patchouli, Pine, Rose Geranium, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Ylang-Ylang.

Matt is a 2nd time founder (Generation Conscious: a sustainable detergent sheet co.) and climate journalist (ABC News/Years of Living Dangerously/The Years Project). He recently got his MBA from Columbia Business School.
