Its classic rotary blade slices easily through crisp crusts, piping-hot toppings, and the heartiest fresh-baked pizzas. Great for slicing quesadillas and flatbreads, too.
Italian Beechwood Pizza Peel - Sturdy, durable, and lightweight the beechwood peel is known for being the Italian chef's choice as the wooden surface is porous, so it absorbs moisture from the dough and prevents it from sticking. Expertly place pizzas in the oven or grill without spilling any of the ingredients off the top of your pizza or burning your fingers or the pizza.

Italian Pizza Slicer: 9.5 x 4 in.Hand wash and air dry only. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and moisturize with a simple oil. This product is handmade, please allow slight variations due to the handmade nature of the product.

- Free shipping on orders over $40. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- You can return or exchange full-priced products within 30 days. For the holidays, we are extending the Exchange/Store Credit window to January 15, 2024. Returns for refunds are still within 30 days.

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free. If you prefer a refund, there will be a $10.95 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from your refund.

She recently completed her Life Cycle Analysis certification from MIT. Matt is a 2nd time founder (Generation Conscious: a sustainable detergent sheet co.) and climate journalist (ABC News/Years of Living Dangerously/The Years Project). He recently got his MBA from Columbia Business School.
